The Claude package in my pinned post launched with 15 workflows. Anthropic expanded it to 43 on September 15. These links take you to the current version and the training that goes with it.
Open the workflows
Claude for Small Business has examples for lead replies, proposals, bookkeeping, and marketing. The September update explains the expanded workflow set.
For installation, follow Anthropic's Small Business plugin tutorial. You'll need the Claude desktop app on Pro, Max, Team, or Enterprise. Open Cowork, choose Customize, then Plugins, and install Small Business.

Take the free training
Claude Academy's small business collection includes AI Fluency for small businesses, the course Anthropic made with PayPal. It also has short tutorials for installing the plugin and running a workflow.
Find a workshop
The official workshop schedule includes free in-person sessions and partner webinars. As of September 30, the upcoming US stops listed are Minneapolis, Phoenix, Memphis, Savannah, Bentonville, Tampa, and Raleigh. Use the live schedule for dates, registration, and availability.
What I'd try first
Pick a task with a result you can check. For example, give Claude a sample customer inquiry and ask it to draft a reply. Compare the draft with your actual hours, pricing, and booking process before connecting a live inbox.
Help me set up a draft-only workflow for customer inquiries. First ask for my business details, the sample inquiry, and the information you need to answer it. Use only the details I provide. Mark missing information instead of inventing an answer. Draft the reply and a proposed next step. Do not send a message, book a meeting, or change a customer record. Show me what I should check before I use it.
A workflow still needs someone to choose the right task and check its output. Test one with a business owner before offering to install it for clients. The prices in my earlier post were example pricing, not a promise of demand or income.
